Client is assumed to have accepted the following terms as part of working with Steprock Media.
Source file policy
We do not provide source files (layered psd, indd, ai, aep, and others) to clients. We provide print-ready files such as PDF and video files such as MPEG to deliver final files that are useful for client projects, but we retain rights to source files and templates. Logos and illustrations are additionally provided as flattened vector (EPS) files. The only exception is if this is part of the initial request and the cost will be reflected in our quote.
Working relationship
We work on the basis of mutual trust and respect. We don't drop everything and jump for demanding clients. We turn around projects or concept art typically within 48 hours, but we do have lives and a family that is more important than anything else. If you like hiring people and then having them jump to attention when you snap your fingers, you won't like working with us.
Portfolio
If we are particularly happy with your work, we may like to include an image of it in our portfolio. Please let us know if this is not OK with you.
Right of refusal
We are very selective with our time and client base. We hold the right to refuse projects for any reason.
